Room Rates at NWANEDI Country Manor to March 31, 2017
Rates listed below are per person sharing a room with double occupancy; inclusive of accommodation, full breakfast, complementary Wi-Fi and individual DSTV service. Single occupancy is calculated at the double rate less a 25% discount adjustment.
For the physically challenged we offer a Luxury Suite in room 3 with wheelchair maneuverability, together with all comforts and facilities expected. This includes a dual shower with wheelchair accessibility, a private patio and access to the Swimming Pool.
Children under 12 years are welcome with an additional bed being added to adults room at the rates indicated for an additional bed. Children over 12 years occupying an independent room will be charged full rates according to indicated tariffs.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Rates are quoted per person sharing in South African Rand, inclusive of a full breakfast.
- Rates include bed and full breakfast, Vat & Tourism Levy.
- Single occupancy per room less 25% of double room rate; i.e. 75% of double room cost.
- Nwanedi reserves the right to amend rates and/or cancel bookings.
- All amendments and cancellations to reservations must be received in writing.
- Children over 12 are welcome.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY – INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS:
- Deposit of 50% is required on making a reservation, or full credit card details of the card to be used for payment. If credit card details are provided, deposit will not be taken and whole amount will be settled on day of departure.
- Bookings cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival, will incur a 50% penalty, thereafter 100% penalty will be charged.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY – GROUP BOOKINGS:
- A group is a minimum of 5 rooms, with a minimum of 10 paying guests.
- Provisional group bookings will be held for 14 days, thereafter a deposit of 50% is payable to confirm the reservation.
- Cancellation within 60 days of arrival will incur a 50% penalty of the amount of the accommodation paid.
- Full payment on group accommodation is required no less than 60 days prior to arrival.
- Check-in after 14h00 • Check-out before 11h00 • Airport transfers available.
- Late check-in requires arrangement. i.e. after 18h00.
- Early dinner reservations requested prior to arrival.
- Estate and Manor available for weddings: intimate celebrations and boardroom functions.
